Speak up for Medicaid at State Budget Forums This Week

Posted 7/10/17

Coverage for HUSKY parents remains under threat as the state budget is negotiated. The proposal to lower income eligibility for parents in the HUSKY program from 155% of the federal poverty level (FPL) to 138% FPL is under active consideration. About 9,500 parents would lose HUSKY/Medicaid coverage. For more information, see the Medicaid Fact Sheets under "Health Care Proposals/State here.
